The service

Pop, Lock, & Post It provides monthly batches of social media graphics, captions and related materials for your business, based on the plan you choose. We do not log in to, manage or post on your social media accounts.

Plans, trials and billing

Plans are billed monthly through Stripe. New subscriptions include a 14-day free trial; a payment method is required at signup. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your plan bills automatically each month until you cancel.

Plan contents are described on our pricing section. We may update plan contents or prices with advance notice by email.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time by emailing us. Cancelling stops future charges. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Using the content

Content delivered to you may be used, edited and posted for your own business's marketing, including after you cancel.

You may not resell, share or distribute our templates or content as a product or service of your own. Other customers in your industry may receive similar base content.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for what you post, including making sure prices, offers, licensing or certification claims and business details are accurate for your business and follow the rules of each platform. Please review content before posting.

No guarantees

We work hard to make useful, professional content, but we can't guarantee specific results such as followers, leads or sales.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the month before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the new terms.
